04/21/2023  New Stingray Business Platform Messenger+ Implementation Reminder

To provide a smooth transition into Messenger+, we are asking all Stingray shippers and operators to verify they have the proper access into Messenger+ by logging into the system the week of April 24.  During this time, we also ask that you submit your May 1^st nominations with a zero volume so that any unexpected problems can be addressed before implementation.

Please note that the point numbers have changed as shown below:

Effective starting Gas Day May 1, 2023, Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Stingray) will be transitioning to a more technologically and functionally advanced business platform system called Messenger+ or M+ to replace its current Quorum system.

All areas of the Stingray current system will be re-created with a new look and feel which include:

1.     Contracts

2.     Nominations and Scheduling

3.     Imbalance Information

4.     Invoicing and Reports
