FIRM TRANSPORTATION CAPACITY POSTING

Gulf Run Transmission, LLC ("GRT") is providing notice to
Shippers and potential Shippers of available firm capacity for the period(s)
noted below.

Written requests for firm capacity,
in accordance with GRT's FERC Gas Tariff, should be received by GRT in order to be
evaluated. Please submit your request
to dlGulfRunCommercial@energytransfer.com. Contact your GRT Marketing
Representative for more information.

The available capacity
shown assumes receipts from the furthest upstream point in the receipt area.
Receipts from points further downstream could provide additional available
capacity. Available capacity from specific receipt points to specific
delivery points are subject to the available
capacity at the specific points.

|
Award of capacity from a particular receipt
or delivery area may affect the potential capacity available in another
area. Requested deliveries will have
to be evaluated by receipt location, delivery point and time
period. GRT’s ability to accept
a request and provide a given service is subject to and based on the location
and volume of existing and projected receipts and existing and projected
deliveries on the total GRT system during this period. GRT will consider requests offering rates
different from GRT's maximum FERC-approved rates for the capacity and will
evaluate such completed requests pursuant to Section 16 of the General Terms
and Conditions of its Tariff. GRT
shall not be obligated to award any capacity at a non-maximum FERC-approved
rate.
Capacity is available at the Gulf Run Zone 1 bidirectional meter (GRZ1Z2) and
the Gulf Run Zone 2 bidirectional meter (GRZ2Z1).

receipt/delivery point combinations that may be applicable to Firm
Transportation service.
