This Action Alert is being issued pursuant to Sections 4 and 7, GT&C, of Gulf Run’s Tariff to notify shippers of planned maintenance at Gulf Run’s Vernon Compressor Station located in Jackson Parish, Louisiana and in Gulf Run’s Zone 1.

The planned maintenance will occur in two separate windows:

·         June 13 / June 14 / June 15

o   Vernon Capacity will be limited to a throughput capacity of 1,390,000 dth

·         June 27 / June 28

o   Vernon Capacity will be limited to a throughput capacity of 1,170,000 dth

*Nominations to Arcadia GR (822090) will be limited to a net delivery of 130,000 dth during the maintenance windows.

Based on current nominations, Gulf Run does anticipate impacts to its primary firm services.  Gulf Run will evaluate nominations, on a case by case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent possible. During this planned maintenance, shippers should nominate from their contractual MRO location to their contractual MDO location to reduce risk of scheduling reductions. Should any of the details of this posting change, Gulf Run will notify its shippers and update this notice accordingly.

Gulf Run will schedule nominations, if needed, on each impacted day in accordance with its tariff. This alert will remain in effect until further notice.
