Florida Gas Transmission Company, LLC (FGT) is conducting an Open Season, as set forth in Section 21 B of the General Terms and Conditions of the FGT Tariff, for FTS-1 firm transportation capacity available from Western Division receipt points (see below) to a delivery point in the Central Florida/Auburndale Area in the Market Area.

 

Parties interested in acquiring capacity should submit a request for gas transportation service by providing the information set forth in Section 3 of Rate Schedules FTS-1. Each request is subject to system conditions, including a flow study review as determined by FGT, and a creditworthiness review as defined in Section 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of FGTs FERC Gas Tariff. Primary delivery points are subject to available capacity and written agreement by the Delivery Point Operator. FGT will not accept any request for capacity at less than the currently applicable maximum tariff rate for such capacity. FGT's discretion to reject or accept a request shall be exercised on a not unduly discriminatory basis.

 

Bids will be accepted before 5:00 pm ET on May 31^st, 2025.
