AVAILABLE CAPACITY SUBJECT TO RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL
Enable Gas Transmission, LLC (EGT) is hereby soliciting binding bids for the following firm transportation
(FT) capacity that is subject to a Right of First Refusal (ROFR).

Bid Procedures:
1. Complete the binding request form, attached as Exhibit A to this notice.
2. Submit your completed binding bid to CapacityBids@EnergyTransfer.com. The bid must contain
the completed binding request form, or an email containing all the information required in the
binding request form.
3. Binding bids must be received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) on Friday, October 18, 2024.
4. EGT reserves the right to reject any bid(s) that are less than max rate.
5. The best bid(s) shall generate the highest net present value, using a 10% discount factor, based
on the rate bid, the applicable quantity and term or period bid upon.
6. After the bidding period has ended, EGT shall select the best bid from all valid bids submitted.
7. EGT shall then notify the shipper under the expiring FT service agreement (Existing Shipper) of
the relevant terms of the best bid.
8. If Existing Shipper refuses to match the best bid, then the expiring FT service agreement shall
terminate on its expiration date and the capacity will be awarded to the shipper(s) submitting
the best bid(s). EGT will tender a service agreement(s) to the shipper(s) with the best bid(s),
who must execute and return such transportation service agreement(s) to EGT within thirty (30)
days of receipt from EGT.
9. Bidder(s) must meet the creditworthiness provisions of EGT s FERC Gas Tariff. Upon notification
of best bid, winning bidder agrees to execute any required agreements and provide the
appropriate credit assurance upon request by EGT. If a bidder fails to execute the required
agreements or provide the appropriate security, EGT may award the capacity to another shipper
in accordance with EGT s FERC Gas Tariff. Shipper(s) who meet the creditworthiness
requirements of EGT s FERC Gas Tariff shall not be required to submit a deposit or prepayment
pursuant to Sections 10 or 14, GT&C, of the Tariff.

EGT s FERC Gas Tariff.
